1. Sweepstakes Entry Period

The “Sweepstakes Entry Period” begins at 12:00:00 A.M. Pacific Time on August 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. Pacific Time on August 31, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The SuperMush × CIVANA Wellness Getaway Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. territories and possessions, U.S. military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents and representatives, and their immediate families (i.e., spouse, partner, parents, children, siblings, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents and grandchildren, regardless of where they live) or members of their household, of Into The Multiverse Inc. (“Sponsor”), Aisle (the Sweepstakes administrator), CIVANA, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, there are two (2) ways to enter:

Free Entry / Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — Online Sign-Up. An eligible person may receive one (1) entry by visiting https://try.gotoaisle.com/supermush-civana-giveaway and completing and submitting the online entry form with their phone number and email address. No purchase is necessary to enter or win using this method. Limit one (1) free sign-up entry per person.

Bonus Entries — Receipt Submission. An eligible person who has completed the free sign-up above may receive additional bonus entries by purchasing any SuperMush product at Target and submitting a clear photograph or scan of the qualifying receipt via text message to (619) 648-3972. Each qualifying receipt, once reviewed and approved by Aisle, will earn one (1) bonus entry/entries, up to a maximum of five (5) bonus entries per person. Receipt submissions are subject to review and approval (typically within 24–48 hours) and must be legible and reflect a qualifying purchase made during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. By submitting a bonus entry via text, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Aisle on behalf of Sponsor. Consent is not a condition of entry or purchase. Message frequency may vary. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Message and data rates may apply. You further agree to Aisle’s Privacy Policy (https://discover.gotoaisle.com/platform-privacy-policy) and Terms (https://discover.gotoaisle.com/terms-of-service).

Free Alternate Method for Bonus Entry (Mail-In). To obtain the equivalent of one (1) bonus entry without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, email address, phone number, and complete mailing address on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a #10 (business-size) envelope with sufficient postage to: Into The Multiverse Inc., Attn: SuperMush × CIVANA Giveaway, 6705 US-290 Ste 607 #825 Austin, TX 78735. Limit one (1) mailed entry per outer envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and received no later than September 4, 2026. Late, illegible, or non-conforming mail-in entries are void.

Only complete and valid entries will be eligible. By entering, each entrant warrants that they have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that they are not prohibited from participating. Sponsor retains full authority, in its sole discretion, to interpret and administer these Official Rules, and entrants agree to be bound by all decisions made in good faith by Sponsor or its designee (including Aisle). All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries that are late, incomplete, garbled, illegible, misdirected, lost, damaged, delayed, stolen, generated by script or bot, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any fraudulent entries or any individual it finds tampering with the entry process or otherwise acting in violation of these Official Rules. If an entry is determined by Sponsor to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry, if feasible.

4. Winner Selection

On or about September 4, 2026, Aisle, on behalf of Sponsor, will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries (free sign-up, approved receipt bonus entries, and mail-in entries) received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, the potential winner may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

5. Prize

Grand Prize (1 available) — CIVANA Wellness Getaway for up to two (2) guests, including: (i) accommodations for three (3) nights for up to two (2) guests; (ii) private transportation to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport; (iii) one (1) 60-minute spa service per guest, per day; (iv) all meals and snacks (excluding alcohol); (v) access to CIVANA’s full offering of daily complimentary and paid programming; (vi) full use of CIVANA’s amenities; (vii) roundtrip airfare for up to two (2) guests to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport; and (viii) a one (1) year supply of SuperMush products. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,000.

Roundtrip airfare for up to two (2) guests to and from Phoenix, Arizona is included as part of the prize. The prize must be booked and redeemed by September 30, 2026 and is subject to availability, blackout dates, and CIVANA’s standard terms, conditions, and policies.

The prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit one (1) prize per person/household. The winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated as included, including ground transportation to/from their home airport, gratuities, incidentals, and any alcohol. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty of any kind. The stated ARV represents Sponsor’s good-faith determination of the approximate retail value; the actual value may vary and any difference will not be awarded.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

7. Claiming the Prize

The potential winner will be notified by email, text, and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. If Sponsor cannot contact a potential winner despite reasonable attempts, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If such documents are not returned by the deadline, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s full name, city/state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Because the ARV exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099, and the winner agrees to complete, sign, and return an IRS Form W-9 (and any other tax documentation requested) prior to receiving the prize. Failure to return a completed W-9 will result in disqualification, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. General

Each entrant agrees to and shall abide by these Official Rules and agrees that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will resolve any disputes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, or suspend the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor’s sole determination, the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been or could be compromised, or the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control. If any provision is deemed to violate any law, it shall be amended to conform and all other provisions shall remain in effect. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or in the administration or announcement of the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event warranting cancellation.

10. Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (b) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California; (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (d) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any right to have damages multiplied or increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice-of-law rules.

11. Release

By participating, each entrant agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, Aisle, CIVANA, and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns, from any liability whatsoever, and waives and releases such parties from any and all causes of action for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, those related to personal injury, death, property damage, and rights of publicity or privacy) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or otherwise.

12. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules, Aisle’s Privacy Policy (https://discover.gotoaisle.com/platform-privacy-policy), and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, currently located at https://supermush.com/policies/privacy-policy. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such privacy policies, these Official Rules shall prevail only with respect to the conduct of this Sweepstakes.

13. Sponsor & Administrator

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Into The Multiverse Inc., 6705 US-290 Ste 607 #825 Austin, TX 78735 (“Sponsor”) and administered by Aisle. For the name of the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Into The Multiverse Inc., Attn: SuperMush × CIVANA Giveaway Winner List / Rules Request, 6705 US-290 Ste 607 #825 Austin, TX 78735, to be received no later than December 4, 2026.
