Love these travel sprays! I have the bigger bottles at home, and keep these in my backpack for on the go or to bring with me on trips. The immunity spray I use every morning in my coffee - the cinnamon toast flavor goes so well with it. I am always using the energizing spray throughout the day, and I add the chill spray to my smoothie after my workout when it is time to wind down at the end of the day. I love the rituals I have developed using and I have noticed my caffeine intake has gone down and I have been getting in a good daily flow. Thanks SuperMush!

The energy one is the one I use most. I do like to use the chill one in the evening when I feel restless.
